Commercial Real Estate, Seen From Above
Aerial photos and video for commercial properties, developments and portfolios. One frame shows what a fact sheet cannot.

Bought on numbers, sold on context
Commercial property photography that answers the first questions
Commercial property is bought on numbers and sold on context. One aerial frame shows what a fact sheet cannot: how a property sits, how traffic reaches it, what surrounds it and where it can grow.

01 · Offices and corporate
Where the numbers meet the map
Brokers, developers, property managers and investors all field the same first questions: access, parking, visibility and surroundings. A single flight answers them at a glance and gives a listing, offering memo or annual report the one image that carries it: the asset in its market.
Offices, hotels and corporate campuses

A listing photo shows the building. An aerial shows the investment.
02 · Retail and new development
From groundbreaking to grand opening
Retail pads, restaurant builds, fuel and convenience, big-box anchors: I photograph new commercial construction at every stage and again the week it opens, from the air and from the ground. For an existing center, a single visit can refresh a whole brochure: about 100 photos of a Clarksville shopping center, delivered the same day. Developers use the set for leasing, lenders and national-brand reporting, and the same frames run on the website and social.

03 · Industrial, land and logistics
Scale is the story
Warehouses, distribution, tank farms, rail and river access, raw acreage. Industrial buyers think in logistics, and aerial imagery is the honest way to show dock counts, yard depth, lay-down room and how fast a truck reaches the interstate. For development land, parcel outlines and area callouts show every tract in context, like this listing along Dixie Highway in West Point; see land and acreage aerial photography.

04 · Multifamily and community
Amenities read best from the air
Apartment communities, hotels, campuses and mixed-use projects lease on lifestyle: the pool, the courtyards, the green space and what sits within a five-minute walk. Aerial photography puts the whole amenity package and its neighborhood into one persuasive frame.

Why aerial
Why commercial listings win with aerial imagery
Location is the product. Frontage, access, traffic patterns, co-tenancy and room to expand are the facts that drive commercial value, and none of them fit inside a ground-level photograph. An aerial answers the questions a prospect would otherwise have to drive the site to ask.
Before the shoot, you and I agree the property areas to cover, the photo and video deliverables, how the files will be used and the delivery date. The quote sets out that scope, so your marketing team knows exactly what to expect.
The same shoot works everywhere the deal lives: LoopNet and Crexi listings, offering memoranda, leasing brochures, investor decks, annual reports and the property website. One flight, an entire marketing package.
Every drone flight is made by an FAA-licensed, fully insured pilot, with airspace checked and cleared before launch. I am based in Louisville and fly statewide, and I also provide residential real estate photography, construction progress documentation and drone inspections.

Common questions
Commercial real estate photography questions
How fast can brochure photos be ready?
Edited photos arrive in 24 to 48 hours, so a listing or leasing brochure is not held up waiting on images.
Can you reshoot a property as it leases up or changes?
Yes. A property can be photographed again from the same positions, so new photos line up with the old ones.
Can we use the photos in listings, brochures and websites?
Yes. All projects include full commercial usage rights unless otherwise specified, so the files can go on your website, into reports and presentations, and into marketing.
Do you photograph land and development sites too?
Yes. Aerials of land and development sites show access, frontage and the surrounding area, with approximate parcel outlines for marketing where they help.
How much does commercial real estate photography cost?
It depends on the site, what you need captured and how often. Send the address and what you have in mind, and you get one clear price for the whole job before the flight.
What areas do you cover?
Louisville, Lexington and the rest of Kentucky, plus Southern Indiana, including New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville and Evansville.
